After graduating from Texas A&M University, Chad spent ten years in corporate sales. In 2006 he had the opportunity to come to work for Lone Star Land Partners, and he has never regretted the decision for a minute. Chad says for him it is truly a joy to help people make their dreams of land ownership come true in one of Lone Star's spectacular communities.
Scott Bogart has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, land development, and residential construction. He lived in Guatemala for 13 years where he met his wife, Regina, who holds a Law Degree in her country. One of their most satisfying accomplishments is spearheading a government subsidized, low income housing program in Guatemala. Through the program, “Techo and Piso,” they built over 22,000 housing solutions for the less fortunate. Many of the beneficiaries were refugees returning to Guatemala after the signing of the 1996 Peace Accords that ended the 35-year civil conflict. Scott and Regina returned to Texas with their two children, Adriana and Christopher, in 2000. Both of their children recently graduated from Texas A&M University. Adriana is now a talented elementary school teacher and Christopher has taken over the family business of coffee importing and roasting. Scott is excited to be able to apply his many years and vast experience in helping people realize their dream of land ownership through Lone Star Land Partners’ various projects.
Bobby Gage is no stranger to serving people. With a background in the auto industry, he has transferred his skillset of helping others find just the right vehicle to finding the property of their dreams. Born in Lubbock, Bobby is a longtime resident of Burnet County, graduating from Burnet High School in 2009, then returning to his hometown to attend Texas Tech before coming back to the Hill Country to work as a mining plant operator. His knowledge of local amenities is a plus for helping out-of-town property owners get acquainted with the community. Bobby enjoys any outdoor hobby, whether it's fishing, hiking, running Spartan Races or learning the latest inventory being brought to the market by LSLP. An avid weight lifter, Bobby spends his downtime with his puppy dog, Bentley.
Tyler recently joined Lone Star Land Partners after 7 years of customer service as a Sales Manager. Tyler learned true customer service is key to any kind of purchasing experience. Thousands of 5-star reviews in his past line of work demonstrate Tyler is dedicated to his customers and will go above and beyond to bring customer satisfaction. Tyler was born and raised in the Hill Country and knows the Hill Country lifestyle is something we should all experience. He is married to Haley and they have two dogs they call their kids. Kyle came to our company following a 15 year career as a private business owner where he learned the value of providing great customer service. He spent four years involved in land sales part time, so Kyle says that the decision to make the switch was a no brainer. "The manner in which I could positively affect change in people’s lives, on a daily basis, was a huge motivator for me to come over full time," he says. Kyle has long been renown as a land consultant for his affable nature and prides himself on his interpersonal customer relationships. A native of Texas, he lives locally with his wife, two dogs, cat and many adopted well-fed neighborhood deer.
Rob Taute joined Lone Star Land Partners in 2015 and became his project's top salesperson just a year later. Previously Rob worked for almost 20 years in the IT/Professional Services World in Central Texas and brings his unique experience of customer service and problem solving to help his land customers find their Hill Country dream home. Rob is actively involved in sports, coaching baseball and football, including teams with his four children, Tyler, Jake, Coby and Kaila. Rob is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University.
Ryan recently joined the Lone Star Land Partners family after serving as a minister for 16 years. Serving people and helping them find the land they desire is his deep passion. Ryan loves spending time with people, getting to know them, and helping them as they make the decision of land ownership. Ryan is married to Cara and has two daughters, Jocelyn and Vivian. Ted has been part of the NLP family for 20 years. He has helped thousands of people reach their goals of land ownership. He is a past NLP property owner and his customers have often been his neighbors. When Ted is not helping others fulfill their "land and home" dreams, you will find him chasing his own. Spending time with his family is most important, and he also enjoys anything outdoors, like hitting a favorite trail (or making a new one), swimming, biking and running.
